If you’re currently signed up for Santander Bank online banking, you’ll continue to enjoy free online and mobile banking at Community Bank. If you don’t currently use online banking or bill pay services, we’ll be happy to help you sign up/enroll after the conversion.


Important Info

You should receive a letter in the mail with important information about times during the conversion when online banking and bill pay services will be temporarily unavailable. You will also receive a detailed login guide that includes all the steps for logging in after the conversion. Please be sure to keep this letter and login guide for easy reference the first time you log in to Community Bank online banking. We encourage you to print your transaction history before the conversion.

Bill Pay

If you currently have Bill Pay, we are working diligently to try to maintain your payees and scheduled payments. You will receive a separate communication closer to conversion weekend with additional online banking and Bill Pay information. Please see the letter mailed to you for additional information.

We encourage you to print out a list of your payees and scheduled payments prior to the conversion to ensure all information is accurately transferred to your Community Bank account.

Please note: After the conversion, the cutoff time for same-day payment processing is 3 p.m.
