Online & Mobile Banking

If you’re currently signed up for Santander Bank online banking, you’ll continue to enjoy free online and mobile banking at Community Bank. If you don’t currently use online banking or bill pay services, we’ll be happy to help you sign up/enroll after the conversion.

Important Info

You should receive a letter in the mail with important information about times during the conversion when online banking and bill pay services will be temporarily unavailable. You will also receive a detailed login guide that includes all the steps for logging in after the conversion. Please be sure to keep this letter and login guide for easy reference the first time you log in to Community Bank online banking. We encourage you to print your transaction history before the conversion.

Business Online Banking & Bill Pay

If you currently have bill pay, we are working diligently to try to maintain your payees and scheduled payments. You will receive a separate communication closer to conversion weekend with additional online banking and bill pay information. Please see the letter mailed to you for additional information. We encourage you to print out a list of your payees and scheduled payments prior to the conversion to ensure all information is accurately transferred to your Community Bank account. Please note: After the conversion, the cutoff time for same-day payment processing is 3:00 p.m. 

Quicken or Quickbooks

If you use Quicken or Quickbooks, you’ll need to download your transactions to your software prior to the conversion.

Commercial Online Banking

If your business is currently using ACH, wire or Positive Pay services, or if you have multiple online banking users, you may be converted to our Premier Business Connect platform.

This full-service treasury management solution is a powerful yet flexible way to meet your needs now and grow with your business in the future.

If your online services will be converted to Premier Business Connect, you’ll receive a separate letter prior to the merger with full details on these services, including login instructions. Charges may apply for Premier Business Connect and Business Bill Pay.

Digital Banking Tools

Online Bill Pay is the fast, easy way to schedule and send secure payments for rent, utilities, medical bills, and more through your Community Bank account. Make one-time payments or set up recurring payments to ensure your bills are paid on time every month. Simply log in to your Community Bank online banking account to enroll.
