How do I advise Community Bank that I will be traveling?

If you are traveling anywhere outside your normal usage area, complete a Travel Notice via Online or Mobile Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking or open the CBNA Mobile App on your phone
    1. If you're in Online Banking, open your profile dropdown at the bottom of your left side menu
  2. Click or tap Settings
  3. Select Travel notices
  4. Click or tap Add travel notice
  5. Enter your destination
  6. Enter the dates of your travel
  7. Check off the cards you plan to use 
  8. Click or tap Save

You can also contact our Customer Care Center at 866-764-8638 or visit your local branch. If we are unaware that you are traveling and cannot get in contact with you using the contact information on file, we may put a temporary block on your card.
