Community Bank Earns Second Consecutive Recognitions from Newsweek and Forbes
Whether you’re opening your first checking account, buying a new home, or expanding your business, we take all of our partnerships seriously. After all, you’re trusting us with more than your money; you’re trusting us with your financial well-being. Not just today, but tomorrow and the many days after. Our promise is to earn your trust at each and every step, which is why we’re honored to be recognized by both Newsweek and Forbes for delivering on that promise.
For the second year in a row, Community Bank has been recognized as one of America’s Most Trusted Companies by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. After running an independent survey based on a sample of approximately 50,000 U.S. residents, the final list of 400 honorees was selected based on customer trust, investor trust, and employee trust. The honorees are then broken out by industry, with Community Bank ranking among the top 50 banks in the nation.
In addition to our Newsweek recognition, we were honored by Forbes in two unique categories—Forbes America’s Best Banks and Forbes World’s Best Banks. Pulling its data from 45,000 consumer surveys across 27 different countries, Forbes focused on trust, specifically in customer services, digital services, terms and services, and financial advice. We’re proud to be recognized for our excellence in these areas, especially since this marks our 14th consecutive year being honored by Forbes as a best bank in America.
“To be recognized by Newsweek and Forbes as one of the most trusted companies in America is an honor we do not take lightly. In fact, it’s proof that we’re doing right by our customers,” Community Bank CEO and President Mark Tryniski said. “Giving them the best possible financial guidance is and always will be our first priority. Thank you, Newsweek and Forbes, for the recognition, and to our employees, local communities, investors, and customers for putting your trust in us.”
It’s a privilege to be recognized for all our hard work. We’ll continue to support our customers by guiding them toward financial wellness and earning their trust along the way. On behalf of the Community Bank team, we thank you for the opportunity and look forward to what’s next.
