Learn – Engage – Evolve: Building the next generation of CBNA leaders

Serving our customers is our priority, but serving our employees is just as important. At Community Bank, we work hard to make sure our employees have every opportunity to grow in their careers, ultimately leading to better customer experiences. That’s why we formed our CFSI Leadership Council and one of its primary initiatives: the Leadership Development Program.

By strengthening the leadership pipeline and our team’s bench strength, our program helps develop the next generation of leaders who play a vital role in our organization’s success. Over the course of one year, we enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of participating employees. From leading through change to enabling collaboration, we give them the tools needed to drive and lead high-performing teams.

To bring it all together, program participants meet with President & CEO Dimitar Karaivanov each month to discuss a range of leadership topics. Business strategy, industry trends, key initiatives—it’s all part of creating our next leaders and building a strong community for our team.
