JD Power Honors Community Bank with Customer Satisfaction Ranking

“Customer Satisfaction” isn’t merely a goal. It’s not a plan or a corporate initiative.

At Community Bank, customer satisfaction is the expectation. It’s the reason we exist. We don’t do anything unless we expect it will satisfy our customers, no matter what they’re trying to do that day.
