Lending
You’ll be happy to know that not much is changing with your loan(s), which will automatically be transferred to Community Bank. Unless otherwise notified, your loan account number(s) will remain the same. If you have credit life or disability coverage for your loan, coverage will discontinue upon transfer to Community Bank.
Managing your loan(s)
Automatic payments: If your payments are made automatically from a checking or savings account, this service will continue uninterrupted unless you are otherwise notified.
Payments by mail: If you make your payments by mail, please mail them to the following address after the conversion:

Online banking: You can use Community Bank’s online banking to make one-time or recurring loan payments from your checking or savings account. After conversion, simply log in to your new CBNA online account to make/schedule a payment.
Statements: If you receive statements, you will continue to receive them following the conversion.
Home Equity Loans & Lines of Credit
If you have a home equity loan or line of credit that is converting, continue to make regularly scheduled payments to Santander Bank up until the conversion on November 7.
After conversion, you will begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank and you will need to remit payments to Community Bank through one of our convenient payment options.
For home equity lines of credit, please continue to use your existing Santander checks prior to conversion weekend. Post-conversion, please switch to the Community Bank checks that will be provided to you at no cost shortly before the conversion. Please note that any Santander checks presented for payment after January 2, 2026, will be returned by Santander.
Mortgages
If you have a mortgage that is converting, continue to make regularly scheduled payments to Santander Bank up until the conversion on November 7th. After conversion, you will begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank and you will need to remit payments to Community Bank through one of our convenient payment options.
Credit Cards
Santander credit card accounts will continue to be maintained at Santander.
Personal Installment Loans
If you have a personal installment loan that is converting, continue to make regularly scheduled payments to Santander Bank up until the conversion on November 7th. After conversion, you will begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank and you will need to remit payments to Community Bank through one of our convenient payment options shown above.
Personal & Overdraft line of credit
If you have a personal and/or overdraft line of credit that is converting, continue to make any required payments to Santander Bank up until the conversion on November 7. After conversion, you will begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank and you will need to remit any payments due to Community Bank through one of our convenient payment options shown above. If you use checks for your personal and/or overdraft line of credit, please contact your local branch after conversion.
