You’ll be happy to know that not much is changing with your business loan(s), which will automatically be transferred to Community Bank. You don’t need to do a thing. Unless otherwise notified, your loan account number(s) will remain the same. If you have credit life or disability coverage for your loan, it will remain unchanged.


Managing your loan(s)

Automatic payments: If your payments are made automatically from a checking or savings account, this service will continue uninterrupted unless you are otherwise notified.

Payments by mail: If you make your payments by mail, please mail them to the following address after the conversion:

Online banking: You can use Community Bank’s online banking to make one-time or recurring loan payments from your checking or savings account. After the conversion, simply log in to your new CBNA online account to make/schedule a payment.

Statements: If you receive statements, you will continue to receive them following the conversion.

Business Loans and Lines of Credit

If you have a business loan or line of credit that is converting, continue to make regularly scheduled payments to Santander Bank up until the conversion on November 7. 

After the conversion, you will begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank and you will need to remit payments to Community Bank through one of our convenient payment options. 

If you use checks on a business line of credit, please continue to use your existing Santander checks prior to conversion weekend. If you plan to still use checks post-conversion, please contact your local branch.

Business Credit Cards

Santander credit card accounts will continue to be maintained at Santander.
