What happens if the contact information I enter for my Zelle® recipient is wrong?

Whenever you send money to a recipient, the recipient's information will be displayed such as their name and token (either U.S. mobile number or email address) for you to confirm. Be sure to always check the information of the recipient before sending money to them. Neither Community Bank nor Zelle® offers a protection program for authorized payments made with Zelle®.
