I only have a loan through Community Bank, NA. Can I still sign up for online banking?

Yes! If you only have a loan through Community Bank, NA, you can still enroll for Online Banking by following these steps: 

1. Visit our homepage at www.cbna.com
2. Click the Login button at the top of the page
3. Click Enroll
4. Enter your SSN, EIN, or ITIN
5. Enter your loan account number, email address, and phone number
   1. Please note that the email address and phone number should match what's listed on your account
6. Click Next
7. Click Get started to set up 2-step verification
8. If you need the verification via voice or text message, click on Voice or Text Message.
9. Enter the phone number where you want to get the code and click Next
   1. If you want to receive the code via text message/SMS, select the first option
   2. If you want to receive the code via phone call, select the second option
10. After you receive the code, enter it and click Verify
11. Once your 2-step verification is completed, click Done
12. Review the end-user license agreement and click Accept
13. Follow the prompts to set up a username and password
14. Click Next

That's it! You will then be logged in to the Online Banking dashboard.
