How long should I keep the paper check after completing a mobile deposit?
After successfully submitting a deposit with CBNA Mobile App, you should retain the original check for 60 days. Please check Mobile or Online banking or your monthly statement to ensure a successful deposit. Upon successful deposit, after 60 days, we recommend you shred your check.
