How do I set up Touch-ID or Face-ID on the Mobile App?

Touch ID and Face ID are available on compatible phones. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CBNA Mobile App
  2. Tap your username icon then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Security in the menu.
  4. You will see an option for either Face ID or Touch ID. The option will depend on your mobile device’s capabilities. Touch the toggle to the right of it to enable.
  5. Select Enable Touch ID or Enable Face ID to turn it on.
