How do I change my address in Online or Mobile Banking?

You can change your address at any time in mobile or Online Banking.

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click  your username icon in the top right corner or your name in the bottom left corner
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Profile option
  5. In the Address field click Edit address
  6. Enter your current password when prompted
  7. Change your address and click Save
  1. Log in to the CBNA Mobile App
  2. Click  your username icon
  3. Under Address click on Edit
  4. Change your address and click Save
