How can I check the status of my Zelle® payments?

From Online Banking:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. On the dashboard click on Send money with Zelle
  3. Under Activity heading you will see Payments option
  4. Under Payments you will see your Pending or Completed payments

From the Mobile App:

  1. On the dashboard click on Send money with Zelle
  2. Under Activity heading you will see Payments tab
  3. Under Payments you will see your Pending or Completed payments
