What types of card alerts are available?

The following alerts are available:

Locations

  • International – You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction or only receive notification of transaction for purchase made outside of United States.

Spending Limits

  • Transaction Limits  -  You will be notified by an alert if a certain transaction goes over the amount limit you have set and it will also block that transaction.
  •  Monthly Limits  -  You will be notified by an alert if your monthly spending total goes over the amount limit you have set and it will also block that transaction  

Merchant Types

  • Age Restricted - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at liquor stores, smoke shops, casinos, adult stores, etc.
  • Department Store - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at clothing, accessories, office supplies, electronics, etc.
  • Entertainment - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at amusement parks, movie theaters, arcades, etc
  • Gas Station - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at fuel dispensers, warehouse club gas, etc
  • Grocery - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, etc
  • Household - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at utilities, contracted services like electricians, plumbers and A/C repair, etc.
  • Personal Care - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at drug stores, pharmacies, health professionals, etc.
  • Restaurant - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at diners, fast-food, cafeterias, etc.
  • Travel - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at airlines, car rentals, hotels, etc.
  • Other - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at other merchant stores.

Transaction Types

  • ATM - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transactions made at bank ATMs, vendor ATMs, cash advance, etc.
  • eCommerce- You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at online bill payment, online shopping, etc.
  • In Store - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at department stores, pharmacies, other retail stores, etc.
  • Mail/Phone Order - You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at catalog shopping, travel agents payments, etc.
  • Recurring- You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at automated bill payment, monthly expense payments, etc.
  • Other- You can either block a transaction and receive notification for that transaction Or only receive notification of transaction for purchases made at other cases outside of standard types.
