What is my PIN for my debit card?
If you are a new cardholder, you can set your PIN when you activate the card.
If you would like to reset your PIN, contact your local branch to have a new PIN sent to you (5-7 business days to receive), or call Telephone Banking at 1-800-991-4280 and select option 4, then option 3.
Please be prepared with your debit card and the last 4 digits of your SSN/Tax ID number.
