What is my loan payoff amount?
Residential Mortgage and Home Equity loans require a payoff letter to be provided to our customers. To request a payoff letter on your Mortgage or Home Equity loan, please contact us during business hours, M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm, at 1-866-764-8638 , option 4, then option 1.
To request a payoff figure for your Personal Installment Loan both secured and unsecured or your Personal Line of Credit including Overdraft Protection, contact us during business hours, M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm, at 1-866-764-8638 , option 4, then option 1.
Same day payoff amounts for your Auto Loan or other Personal Installment Loan can be obtained in online banking. Log into your account and tap/click on the loan and under Details > Account Information you will see the estimated payoff. This amount will be the payoff only for today.
You can also call Telephone Banking at 1-800-991-4280, option 9 for a payoff amount.
If you are a dealership or inquiring on the payoff of your vehicle loan, you may use Telephone Banking 24 hours a day by calling 800-991-4280, option 9.
