What if there are insufficient funds on the send date for Pay a person payment?
If there are insufficient funds in the customer’s account here at CBNA, the system will try 3 times. We process payments 2 times in a day one at 8am EST and second at 3pm EST.
For example - if the customer sets up the payment at 1pm EST on June 15th CBNA will try first time at 3pm EST on June 15th, second time it will try on June 16th at 8am EST and then the third time on June 16th at 3pm EST.
