What if I forget what the keyword was Pay a person?

Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side. On left hand side click Payees under Payments Scroll down the list to find the Payee who you had set up the keyword Click on the date or name of the payee Click on the Edit link If the payee has payment method set up as Email you will then be able to see the Shared Keyword	Log in to CBNA Mobile App and click on Payments listed under the hamburger menu Click on Payees Scroll down the list to find the Payee who you had set up the keyword Click on the name of the payee Click on the Edit link If the payee has payment method set up as Email you will then be able to see the Shared Keyword If the payee has payment method set up a Text message (SMS) we will not be able to help you with the Shared Keyword you will need to start over by setting up the payee again.
