What happens when I turn my debit card ON after it was OFF?
When a debit card is turned back ON, it will function the same way it did before you turned the debit card OFF. If you set any restrictions (Blocks for certain transaction types, merchant types or Limits) prior to turning your debit card OFF, those restrictions will still be in effect once the debit card is turned back ON.
