What happens to my alerts enrollment if I lose my mobile phone or my mobile phone number changes?

If you lose your mobile phone or if your mobile phone number changes and would like to register a new mobile number, you will need to go to the profile page and updated your mobile phone number. You will receive a validation code via SMS message. You will need to enter this validation code for security reasons. After successfully validating your new mobile phone number, all existing triggers will apply and you will continue to receive alerts as before to the new mobile phone.
