What do I need to enroll with Zelle®?

To enroll with Zelle® at Community Bank, you must be at least 18 years old and have:

  • A U.S. mobile number or email address that has been established, validated and on file with Community Bank
  • An active Community Bank checking account
  • Accounts that are in good standing
  • If you’re using Community Bank mobile app to enroll in Zelle®then location services in mobile app will need to be enabled in your phone settings
  • If you’re using Community Bank mobile app to enroll in Zelle® you will need to use the latest version of the Community Bank mobile app
