What do I do if my personal identification number (PIN) does not work?

Contact your local branch to have a new PIN sent to you (5-7 business days to receive), or call Telephone Banking at 1-800-991-4280 and select option 4, then option 3.

Please be prepared with your debit card and the last 4 digits of your SSN/Tax ID number.
