What do I do if I lost my ATM or Debit Card?
If your card is lost or stolen, please use one of the below options to connect with us
- Report lost or stolen cards via mobile or Online Banking
- Chat with one of our representatives using the Conversation Tool on mobile or Online Banking
- Call the customer care center at 1-866-764-8638 during business hours
- After hours call the automated line at 1-888-297-3416

If you find your card, log into your Online Banking and turn the card back on in Card Management. If you have called the automated number to close your card, you will have to contact our Customer Care Center or a branch to order a new card at 1-866-764-8638.
