What do I do if I forgot my Online Banking Username or password?

  1. Navigate to the Online Banking login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot?" link
  3. Enter your Username and Email
  4. Click Next
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process

  2. Click the "Forgot?" link
  3. Click the Try another way link
  4. Enter your Social Security Number and Account Number
  5. You can find your account number on your checks
  6. Click Next
  7. Follow the prompts to complete the process
