What are the Online/Mobile Banking username and password requirements?
To help ensure the safety of your personal information online, create unique usernames and passwords so that they cannot be easily guessed and never share them with anyone. The log on credential requirements for Community Bank’s Online Banking are:
Username
- Username must not contain a space
- Username must contain 1 or more letters
- Username cannot be part of the current password
- Username must be 6-25 characters long
Password
- Must contain at least 1 letter
- Must contain at least 1 number
- Must contain at least 1 special character +_%@!$*~
- Must be 6-25 characters in length
- Must not match or contain your username
- Must not match one of the previous 4 passwords
- Must not contain spaces
