My Online or Mobile Banking account is locked. How do I reset it?
If you are locked out, use the Forgot? link to reset your password. You will be asked to enter your user name and email address, once verified, select the verification code delivery. You will receive a verification code to enter and then be able to select a password.
You can use the Try Another Way link to enter your social security number and account number. Once verified, select the verification code delivery. You will receive a verification code to enter and then be able to select a password.
If you have a new phone number and you’re getting the verification code on the old phone number, Please contact the Community Bank Customer Care Center at (866) 764-8638 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
