If my debit card is lost or stolen, does turning my debit card OFF close my debit card?

No. If the debit card is lost or stolen, you must still contact Community Bank (866-764-8638, for after business hours, please call 888-297-3416) to notify us so we can close the card and order you a new one. While turning OFF the card may reduce unauthorized activity, this setting does NOT close the debit card in the event it is lost or stolen.
