How late in the day may I enter edit or delete a bill payment?
Although bill payments may be scheduled for the current Business Day or any date in the future at any time, they will only be processed twice a day at 8:00 a.m. EST and 3:00 p.m. EST. If you attempt to schedule a payment for the same Business Day after 3:00 p.m. EST, the payment will be processed the following Business Day at 8:00 a.m. EST. Anything scheduled on a non-Business Day, will be processed the Business Day prior to the non-Business Day unless you indicated otherwise while setting up the bill payment. To cancel or change a scheduled payment, the request must be submitted before the 3:00 p.m. EST processing time on the scheduled payment date. Otherwise the payment will be processed according to its instructions.
