How does the customer get notified that his check order is been shipped?
Customers who order checks through Community Bank, either online, in a branch, or by calling Community Bank, can choose to provide an email address. If an email address is provided for check ordering, our check vendor, Deluxe, will email when your order is placed and when your order is shipped. If you don’t get a shipping notification email, please check your spam or trash folder and then contact Deluxe at 800-865-1913.
Standard shipping is free which takes 11-14 days, tracking is not included. Customers can pay 4-day shipping or 1-2 day shipping which includes tracking.
