How does a Zero Balance Account (ZBA) work?

ZBAs are linked to your master CBNA Business Checking account, called the concentration account. The ZBAs do not hold overnight balances. As checks and/or deposits are processed, a positive or negative balance accumulates in each ZBA sub account. At the close of each business day, funds are automatically transferred to or from your concentration account to each subaccount to restore it to a zero balance.
