How do you register for Transaction alerts?

To register for transaction alerts in Online Banking follow these steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Click the account in top right hand side
3. Click on Alert preferences on right hand side
4. Click on Balances, Transactions and deposits link
5. Click on Transaction
6. Click on Add an alert
7. Then select option either Credit (deposit or earning) or Debit (withdrawal or fee)
8. Enter the amount
9. Select the notify option
10. Click on Add Alert button

To register for transaction alerts in CBNA Mobile App follow these steps:

1. Login to CBNA Mobile App
2. Click on hamburger menu on apple device
3. Select the account
4. Click on Alert preferences
5. Under Transaction alerts click on Add alert
6. Then select option either Credit or Debit
7. Enter the amount
8. Select the notify option
9. Click on Add alert button
