How do you register for Balance alerts?

To register for balance alerts in Online Banking follow these steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking
2. Click the account in top right hand side
3. Click on Alert preferences on right hand side
4. Click on Balances, Transactions and deposits link
5. Click on Balance
6. Click on Add an alert
7. Then select option for Under Balance or over balance
8. Enter the amount
9. Select the notify option
10. Click on Add Alert button

To register for balance alerts in CBNA Mobile App follow these steps:

1. Login to CBNA Mobile App
2. Click on hamburger menu on apple device
3. Select the account
4. Click on Alert preferences
5. Under Balance alerts click on Add alert
6. Then select option  for Below balance or above balance
7. Enter the amount
8. Select the notify option
9. Click on Add alert button
