How do you add or set up a payee (recipient) in Pay a person?

Online BankingMobile Banking
  1. Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
  2. Click on Pay a person on right hand side.
  3. Click on Add
  4. Select payment method for the payee (recipient)
    1. Via Check – Enter Payee’s name (first name, last name), phone number and Payee address (street address, city, state and zip). Nickname and Street address 2 is optional.
    2. Via Email – Enter Payee's name (first name, last name), phone number, shared keyword. Nickname is optional.
    3. Via Direct Deposit – Enter Payee’s name (first name, last name), phone number and account information (account type, routing number, account number). Nickname is optional.
  1. Log in to CBNA Mobile App and click on hamburger menu on left hand side.
  2. Click on Payments
  3. Click on Add a payee
  4. Enter CBNA Mobile App password for authentication
  5. Click on Person
  6. Select payment method for the payee (recipient)
    1. Via Check – Enter Payee’s name (first name, last name), phone number and Payee address (street address, city, state and zip). Nickname and Street address 2 is optional.
    2. Via Email – Enter Payee's name (first name, last name), phone number, shared keyword. Nickname is optional.
    3. Via Text message (SMS) – Enter Payee's name (first name, last name), phone number, shared keyword. Nickname is optional.
    4. Via Direct Deposit – Enter Payee’s name (first name, last name), phone number and account information (account type, routing number, account number). Nickname is optional.
