How do I view pending transactions for bill payments?
Follow the steps to view pending transactions in enhanced Bill Pay using Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
- On right hand side click on Enhanced Bill Pay
- On Payments page on right hand side you will see an option for Pending
- Click View more
- You will be able see the history for payments to be processed in next 45 days
Or you may follow these steps to view pending transactions in Bill Pay using Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
- On left hand side click History under Payments
- Any transaction that has a Scheduled or Recurring status will be pending transaction
Follow the steps to view pending transactions using Mobile Banking
- Login to Mobile Banking
- Click on hamburger menu
- Click on Payments
- Click on Activity
- Any transaction that has a Scheduled or Recurring status will be pending transaction
