How do I set up automatic online bill payments?

You can set up automatic bill payments using the Bill Pay feature in Online Banking and the CBNA Mobile App.

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the Pay a bill widget from your dashboard, or select Payments from the left side menu
    1. If you choose Payments from the menu, click Pay a bill at this time
  3. Choose a payee from your list or add a new one
    1. To add a payee:
      1. Click +Add another bill
      2. Fill in the required fields
      3. Click Submit
  4. Once your new payee appears in your payee list, click to select
  5. Ensure your From account is correct
  6. Enter the Amount
  7. Click More Options
  8. Tap the Frequency field
  9. Select a Starts date for your payment
  10. Remember to review the Arrives by date before you click Confirm
  11. Click the Ends field to determine how the automatic payments should end:
    1. Never
    2. Ends on date
    3. Ends after a number of payments
  12. Click Submit when you are ready
