How do I set up automatic online bill payments?
You can set up automatic bill payments using the Bill Pay feature in Online Banking and the CBNA Mobile App.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the Pay a bill widget from your dashboard, or select Payments from the left side menu
- If you choose Payments from the menu, click Pay a bill at this time
- Choose a payee from your list or add a new one
- To add a payee:
- Click +Add another bill
- Fill in the required fields
- Click Submit
- To add a payee:
- Once your new payee appears in your payee list, click to select
- Ensure your From account is correct
- Enter the Amount
- Click More Options
- Tap the Frequency field
- Select a Starts date for your payment
- Remember to review the Arrives by date before you click Confirm
- Click the Ends field to determine how the automatic payments should end:
- Never
- Ends on date
- Ends after a number of payments
- Click Submit when you are ready
