How do I set up a recurring payment for Bill payment?

Follow the steps to set up a recurring payment in enhanced Bill Pay using Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
  2. On right hand side click on Enhanced Bill Pay
  3. Page will display the list of payees
  4. Find the payee you want to set up recurring payment
  5. On right hand side of the payee name click on the link which says “Make it recurring”
  6. You will have to review and edit the following information:
    • Pay from
    • Amount
    • Frequency
    • On
    • Select first payment date
    • What to do if the payment falls on weekend or holiday?
    • Will this payment series end?
  7. Click Submit
  8. Review the payment details and click on Submit

Or you may follow these steps to schedule or set up a payment in Bill Pay using Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
  2. On left hand side click Payees under Payments
  3. Scroll down the list to find the payee
  4. Click on the name of the payee you want to set up recurring payment
  5. Click on Make a payment link
  6. You will be able to edit the amount field
  7. To set up recurring payment you will need to edit the following fields
    1. Click on More options
    2. Select the frequency option
    3. Select the delivery date
    4. Enter option when recurring payment stops
    5. Add comments (Restricted to 1000 characters)
  8. Click on Submit
  9. You will get an option to review the recurring payment
  10. Click on Done to set up recurring payment

Follow the steps to schedule or set up a payment using Mobile Banking

  1. Login to Mobile Banking
  2. Click on hamburger menu
  3. Click on Payments
  4. Click on Payees
  5. Scroll down the list to find the payee
  6. Click on the name of the payee you want to set up recurring payment
  7. Click on Make a payment link
  8. You will be able to edit the amount field
  9. To set up recurring payment you will need to edit the following fields
    1. Click on More options
    2. Select the frequency option
    3. Select the delivery date
    4. Enter option when recurring payment stops
    5. Add comments (Restricted to 1000 characters)
  10. Click on Submit
