How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?
You can report your card lost or stolen in one of the following ways:
- With Card Management in Online Banking or the Mobile App
- Please contact us after reporting to order a new card
- Call Customer Care at (866) 764-8638
- Contact a local branch
If you aren’t sure that the card is lost or stolen and it may only be misplaced, be sure and just deactivate the card. Once you mark it lost or stolen, it will be unable to be re-opened and you will have to wait for a new card.
