How do I make a loan payment in Mobile Banking?
You will need a CBNA account or an external account linked to make a loan payment. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to the CBNA Mobile App
- Tap the Transfers widget from your Dashboard, or open the left side menu and tap Transfers
- Select the account you would like to pay from
- In the To field, select your loan account
- Type the amount of your loan payment
- Tap More Options
- If you would like to make the payment automatically recurring, choose a Frequency option
- Select the Date of your loan payment. It will default to the "Soonest available" date
- Tap Submit
