How do I find or change my debit card PIN?
Your PIN is only saved on the card and cannot be retrieved. You can easily create a new PIN with Telephone Banking. To use Telephone Banking, call (800) 991-4280 option 4, option 3 with the following card information available:
- Card number
- CVV
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or tax ID number
- Zip code
