How do I edit or disable an existing alert in Bill Payment?
You can only disable existing alerts for Bill Pay in Online Banking. Currently bill pay alerts are not available in Mobile Banking. Follow the below steps to set up bill pay alerts:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on Payments link on left hand side.
- Click on Enhanced Bill Pay on right hand side
- Click on My Account in the header
- Click on View alerts under Notifications
- You will be able to see all the alerts available for Bill payment
- Now you will be able to edit or disable the delivery method (Email or Mobile) for any existing alert
- Click on Update to edit or disable the alert
