How do I cancel my request for money for Zelle®?

You can only cancel a request if the recipient hasn't yet enrolled with Zelle®.

From Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. On the dashboard click on Send money with Zelle
  3. Click Request under Activity
  4. Under Pending you will see all your pending requests
  5. Select the request you want cancel
  6. You will be able to see the details of your request like the name of the recipient, amount you’re requesting, token of the recipient, date you sent the request, any memo notes, expiration date for the request and Transaction ID for the request. Click Cancel request
  7. System will display a message to make sure you want to cancel this request. Click Cancel request
  8. Your request is cancelled and it will be listed under History (Completed)

From the Mobile App:

  1. On the dashboard click on Send money with Zelle
  2. Click Requests under Activity
  3. Under Pending you will see all your pending requests
  4. Select the request you want cancel
  5. You will be able to see the details of your request like the name of the recipient, amount you’re requesting, token of the recipient, date you sent the request, any memo notes, expiration date for the request and Transaction ID for the request. Click Cancel request
  6. System will display a message to make sure you want to cancel this request. Click Cancel request
  7. Your request is cancelled and it will be listed under History (Completed)
