How do I add a new payee for bill payment?
Follow the steps to add payee in enhanced Bill Pay using Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
- On right-hand side click on Enhanced Bill Pay
- Click on Payees in the header
- Click on + Payee button
- Select a Pay a company option
- Type the name of the payee and then click Add or click Next, you can also select the payee name from frequently used payees and then click Next
- When you select the payee the system will pre-populate the address for that payee, the system will ask you to enter information related to that specific payee like account number
- Click “Submit” and payee will be added.
Or you may follow these steps to add payee in Bill Pay using Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
- Click on Pay a bill on right hand side
- Click on Add another bill
- Enter the following information
- Company - Payee name (mandatory)
- Company - Payee nickname (optional)
- Company - Phone number (mandatory)
- Company - Account number (mandatory)
- Company - Name on Bill (optional)
- Payee Address – Street Line 1 (mandatory)
- Payee Address – Street Line 2 (optional)
- Payee Address- City (mandatory)
- Payee Address – State (mandatory)
- Payee Address – Zip (mandatory)
- Click Submit and new payee will be added
Follow the steps to add payee using Mobile Banking
- Login to Mobile Banking
- On the dashboard view click Pay bill and then click on + icon to add a payee
- Click on hamburger menu and click on Payments, then click on Payees, then click on Add a payee
- Select Payee type as Company
- Enter the following information
- Company - Payee name (mandatory)
- Company - Payee nickname (optional)
- Company - Phone number (mandatory)
- Company - Account number (mandatory)
- Company - Name on Bill (optional)
- Payee Address – Street Line 1 (mandatory)
- Payee Address – Street Line 2 (optional)
- Payee Address- City (mandatory)
- Payee Address – State (mandatory)
- Payee Address – Zip (mandatory)
- Click Submit and new payee will be added
