How can I verify my external accounts?
Trial Deposit Verification: Once you add a new external transfer bank account, Community Bank will make two trial deposits into the account you are attempting to add. Two to three days later you will see the trial deposits in your other Financial Institution account. Please login to the other financial institution account and see the trial deposit amounts then login to Community Mobile Banking or Online Banking.
You will be prompted to enter the amount(s) of the deposit(s). If the amounts entered are correct, your external account will be added to the service.
