How can I pay my mortgage loan?
All mortgage payments should be accompanied by the applicable coupon and/or account number and can be made as follows:
- In Person: Payments may be made at any Community Bank branch during hours of operation. Payments deposited in the branch's night depository will be received/processed on the next day that branch is open.
- By Mail: Payments may be made by check or money order, addressed to Community Bank, PO Box 628, Olean, NY 14760-0628. Payments received after normal business hours Monday - Friday will be received/processed as of the next business day (Monday - Friday).
- Online: Payments may be made through CBNA Online or Mobile Banking. Visit my.cbna.com/login.
- By Phone: 800-991-4280 – If you have a CBNA checking or savings account, use the Transfer Funds option.
- Electronic Funds Transfer: EFTs should be made in accordance with the initiating institution's rules and procedures regarding processing and timing. Community Bank will process such payments upon receipt Monday - Friday. Call us at 866-764-8638 to get this set up.
Failure to make timely payments as instructed above may result in processing delays and penalties.
