How can I make my vehicle loan payments?
We offer several free payment methods to make it easy:
1.Pay online through mobile or online banking.
•If you have a CBNA deposit account, you can set up a one-time or recurring transfer from your deposit account to your loan.
•If you only have a loan with us, you can set up an external transfer from your primary bank.
•Don’t have your online account set up yet? Get started by visiting cbna.com and clicking “Enroll” in the login box.
2.Set up bill pay from your primary bank’s online banking platform.
3.Pay in person at any of our branches.
4.Mail payments to: P.O. Box 628, Olean, NY 14760.
