How can I make a loan payment to another financial institution using Online Banking?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the Pay a bill widget from your dashboard, or select Payments from the left side menu
    1. If you choose Payments from the menu, click Pay a bill at this time
  3. Click +Add another bill to add your loan provider as a payee.
  4. Fill in the required fields
  5. Click Submit
  6. Once your new payee appears in your payee list, click to select
  7. Ensure your From account is correct
  8. Enter the Amount
  9. Click More Options
  10. In the Sends field, take note of the send and arrival dates. If you would like to adjust these dates, click the field
  11. Click Submit when you are ready
