How can I dispute a charge on my Greenlight account?

If you would like to dispute a purchase, please have the primary parent or account owner call Greenlight’s support line at your earliest convenience at 888-483-2645 (this number is located on the back of your Greenlight Card), or visit Greenlight’s website and fill out this form to file your dispute. 

Please keep in mind that the transaction you want to dispute must settle in your account first. This typically takes 1-3 days after your initial purchase depending on the merchant. Please let the transaction settle in your account before contacting customer support. 

Once you file your dispute, you will receive a message via email or mail within 90 business days to update you on the status of your claim, which is the standard amount of time a merchant is given to respond to a dispute.
