- Log in to Online Banking and click on Payments link on left hand side.
- Scroll down the list of payments to find the payment you want to cancel/stop/delete
- Click on the date or name of the payee
- Click on the Edit link
- To cancel/stop/delete the payment click on
 icon which is displayed on top right hand side. System will then ask you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes and payment is cancelled. - To edit the payment, you will be able to change the amount, delivery date and comments. Click on save. System will then display the payment details, click Done and all your changes are saved.
| - Log in to CBNA Mobile App and click on Payments listed on hamburger menu on left hand side.
- Click on Activity
- Scroll down the list to find the payment you want to cancel/stop/delete
- Click on payee name
- To cancel/stop/delete the payment click on Delete option. System will then ask you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete and payment is cancelled.
- Click on the Edit Payment link
- To edit the payment, click on Edit Payment link, you will be able to change the amount Frequency, delivery date and comments. Click on Submit to save the changes.
