How can I add an external account to Online Banking?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the Transfers tab
  3. Click the +External account link
  4. Enter and confirm your password
  5. Enter the external account's name, routing number, account number, and type
  6. Click Submit

Two micro-deposits will be sent to your external account. Once you see them in your external account, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select External Transfers from the account settings.
  3. Select the external bank that was added.
  4. Enter in the two micro-deposit amounts Community Bank sent to your external financial institution.

Once that is complete, you will be able to process external transfers.
