How can I add an external account to Online Banking?
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the Transfers tab
- Click the +External account link
- Enter and confirm your password
- Enter the external account's name, routing number, account number, and type
- Click Submit
Two micro-deposits will be sent to your external account. Once you see them in your external account, follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings
- Select External Transfers from the account settings.
- Select the external bank that was added.
- Enter in the two micro-deposit amounts Community Bank sent to your external financial institution.
Once that is complete, you will be able to process external transfers.
